So ... I foolishly believe the Weather Channel's "light & variable" forecast and take the little Fokker D.VII up for it's maiden flight. Turns out it's more like 10-15 mph - but mostly down the runway. So what the heck - got in a nice flight, up n' down in one piece. Lesson - always check the Summit Wx before leaving home!
