My 7 yr old daughter came out to the field with me and was watching myself and others flying. She fell in love with it. All I heard for several days is can we go fly today? and why not it's not THAT cold, the wind ain't blowing that hard. So know I have a question what is the age limit for AMA? I went to there web site but couldn't find it. Of course I'm half blind without my glasses lol. I would like to keep her interest up in this and get her started as soon as I can.

I suppose there *may* be an age limit somewhere...but I *know* I have seen magazine articles about 6 year old kids doing amazing things at various contests & such...so you're probably good with your daughter. Bring her on! I think it would be great!

my daughter was a member at 7 years old. i bought a small electric pusher to let her fly and she did well until she turned 16 and lost interest. but for a dollar she can join ama and for one more she can be a club member. if you are looking to let her fly give me a call and i can hook you up with a good bird for her to train on. 423-432-8056

Thanks for everything guys. I am going to have her join the club and ama. Let me know how much you want for the Trainer CPerry. She is excited about joining the club and wants to fly my Kadet Senior that she calls big blue. Hopefully she won't find boys interesting unless they fly lol. She keeps telling the wife and me she is never moveing out and will allways be my buddy.
